Top Ten: Books On My Spring To-Be-Read list

Top Ten is a weekly meme started at The Broke and The Bookish! This week's meme is Top Ten Books On My Spring To-Be-Read list.  This can be either new releases or books you hope to read this spring. Here is my list in no particular order.

1. Insurgent by Veronica Roth
I LOVED Divergent and am not-at-all patiently waiting for this to come out. This is a must read for dystopian lovers like me!

2. Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore
For anyone who loves Hunger Games (me, me, me!), the first book in this series (Graceling) has characters like Katniss and Peeta. I really like Cashore's writing style so of course I will be reading this as well.

The first book in this series was my first introduction to the "Steampunk" genre and I am hooked. Read the summary PLEASE. I did and I just kept saying "Oh my god, Oh my god, Oh my god."

4. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson
I know, I know. How on earth have I not read this yet. Well that's why it's on my list. I'm on page 100 guys. I'm getting there.

5. Kiss Me, Kill Me by Lauren Henderson
I randomly picked this up from the library and am so excited to read it. It sounds so cool. Love and mystery are the genres of my heart.

6.  Overbite by Meg Cabot
This is yet another vampire series, I know, but it's Meg freaking Cabot! The first book was so good (and sexy (;) so I'm sure this one will be equally as good.

7. The Body Finder by Kimberly Derting
A girl who can find dead bodies and has romance issues? Sign me the heck up.

8. I've Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella
Phone switch! Only the best circumstances can come form that. Only. The. Best.

9. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
This book has been on my list for years so I have to read it at some point, right? Right.

10. The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
This book has been out for a while but I've just recently discovered it. It sounds great! This book shows us how important books really are in our lives. Just imagine if you couldn't read ever again. I get the shakes just thinking about it.
